A MESSAGE FROM THE SCHOOL BOARD
Dear TKA families,
Over the last 23 years, we have been grateful to see God’s hand at work through the King’s Academy. Under His guidance and with the partnership of our families and staff we have seen God raise up our students to be servant leaders. We have seen God use us as a light to our community. We have watched him bring many children to faith in Jesus.
That is why, after watching God at work in and through TKA over the years, it has been so difficult to process the many challenges we have faced over the last year. We had truly prayed for, worked for, and hoped for a continuation of that work. However, after much prayer and seeking God’s will, the school board believes God is calling us to make this the final year for TKA.
We don’t know what God is calling us to next, but we are thankful for his faithfulness and are trusting in his will for the next season. As Romans 8:28 says, “we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” We hope that you will join us in trusting him for the good that will come next. We are grateful for the continued patience and kindness we have received from our families and staff as the school board has been walking through this difficult season. We know that it has not been easy. It has been a blessing to be a part of such a supportive community.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to any school board member with any questions.
In Him,
The TKA School Board
